Hotel Accommodations 

 

Chex will provide qualifying retailers with 1 night of complimentary hotel accommodations on February 12th, 2024. See Retailers page for more details about accommodations.

 

Hotel requests should be submitted when you register online. If you will be sharing a room with anyone or have special requests, please note that information during registration.

 

Your hotel reservation will be confirmed via email approximately 2 weeks prior to Chexpo.

 

Chex has arranged a group rate for vendors at three hotels in the vicinity of the venue. See Vendors page for more details about accommodations.

Chexpo Parking

 

Park in the North Garage and take the Garage East Elevator to Level 4. Entrance Doors to Chexpo and the Omni Hotel & Resort Providence are on this floor.

Dress Code
 

The dress code is business casual.

Name Badges
 

Name badges are required for anyone attending Chexpo. All registered attendees will receive a name badge at the registration desk upon arrival.
